We all know  doctor advises us to control


Salt when blood pressure  is high Hypertension

High salt is associated with raised B.P
 
And cardiovascular diseases  there is risk 

Of kidney disease ,Gastric Cancer ,and 

Osteoporosis. 

Salt Reduction is Cost Effective Public Health Policy :

The amount of salt recommended by WHO

Is less than 5gram  / day 

Problem to keep this  limit is our habbits

We love prickles we add salt in buttermilk
Even for guest we serve salt in a plate.

Cashunuts  peanuts are also sold salty.


Some people are confident  and  not Bother the health advice .
It is like saying no to cctv  in a society

People against cc tv are of the opinion 

Why to spend money unnecessary

For thief this is Golden opportunity

So prevention is always good do not wait

Till you suffer from heart attack

Noodles  in Malaysia was 4.5gm per
100grams

This is nearly 4 times higher than the salt 
Content of high salt food which is less than 1.2 
Grams /100grams
As defined by Malysjan guidelines.

Authors hope that manufactures could 

Reduce salt in noodles.

WHO recommended Global target of 30%

Reduction in salt intake by 2025.

So requesting to take wHO target seriously.
