Birth clock Vs Body Clock

 Birth Clock Vs Body Clock

Birth clock starts as soon as we are born.
This is a special clock we cannot make it fast or  slow .
This is also called a chronological age.
Or calendar age. This re-presents  the
Number of candles on every birth day.
What is body clock ? It is a biological
Clock . Or represents Biological
Age .
We can make this body clock slow
Or Biological  age faster
Wrong habits make it fast and
It reflects in old age look
Compare to our chronological age
Or our Birth clock time.
We see a group of persons  representing
Same age 60 years but some look like 70 years
And some  look  like 55 .

Biological age (Body clock) is age dependant
Functional  decline . Chronological age (Birth clock) simply indicates the time passed since

Birth.

Aging  is the main risk factor for vascular
Disease and ensuring  cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events which are leading
  Causes of death world wide.

      Biological Aging (Body clock)
       Also called functional or physiological
Aging where as chronological aging,(Birth Clock) refers only  to the passage of time.

     For Biological aging  (Body clock)
Bio markers used to get feel of aging
   Main markers are  1DNA methylation
     2  Telomer length
1  DNA methylation is epigenetic process
Means above gene DNA gets methyl group
Action gets methylated . And degree of methylation gives idea of aging.
    2. Telomer length : Telomer is protective cap like structure  at the end of chromosome

At each cell division part of telomeres length gets reduced  so for aging telomer
Length acts as a Biomarker.

In normally  aging individuals chronological age (Body age) equates to biological age(Birth
Age)

Vascular aging delayed in centenaries and
Super centenarians and is accelerated in

   In certain disease conditions.
Biological age vascular ( Body age)
Factors decelerate   :

1. Exceptional  parental longivity

2.  Healthy  sleeping

3.  High fruit and vegetable consumption
4 Nuts seeds and legume consumption

5 Physical activity

Remember above 5 factors lower biological age or make Body clock slow which is beneficial for longevity.

Now let us know what are the factors which
Accelerate Biological age (Body clock fast)

1 Obesity
Type 2 Diabetes

3 chronic kidney disease

4 Family  History of cardiovascular Disease

5 Air Pollution

6 High meat  and saturated fat

7 High salt intake

8 High Refined Sugar Intake
9 Smoking
10  Alcohol Abuse
11. Chronic Stress

Conclusions : 1 Birth clock or chronological age

Is age since you are born  you have no control
You can not run fast or slow.

2 Body clock or Biological age  clock  you can make it slow by life style changes  avoiding alcohol

Smoking eating  high refined sugar high salt intake etc

3 By slowing the speed of biological age

You will get longevity in your life
And by making biological age clock fast
Your life span will be lowered.
