Pancrease Insulin Factory 

The Factory is famous for insulin production.

Length of Factory is just 15cms 

And weight not so heavy even the Child

Of 2years could lift the factory easily

    Hormones Insulin and Glucagon.Timely need based secretions

 Alpha :produce Glucagon 

Beeta cells :Job produce Insulin

Delta :Suppervision

     Hormones production Division is called  Islets of

Langarahance 

   Paul Langherance in the year 1869. Put section of pancrease

Under the microscope he observed microscopic islands 

Later called Islets of Langarahance since he discovered islands.

Guess the number of islands may be thousand Tenthousands

No 10lac is the right number 

Each Islet compose of Alpha cells 30%  Beeta cells  60%

Delta cells 10%

There are 10Lac islets in entire Endocrine gland.

The endocrine gland weight  is 1-2% compair to pancrease weight 

Of 80grams.

It means weight of endocrine gland is between 0.8gram 

To 1.6grams

A thought comes if endocrine portion was slightly more  even say 2

 grams or so

It means more insulin more insulin better sugar controlled 

may be we could eat

More sweets.

But while nature thought sugar was not in existance.
